Jordan began her career in property management 13 years ago as a leasing specialist and has since worked her way up to Area Manager, Traveling Property Manager & Manager Trainer and Senior Manager. She has worked on market-rent and subsidized multifamily properties overseeing operational and financial aspects including day to day operations, marketing, onboarding/training, vendor relations and ensuring that all company policy/procedures are adhered to. She is proactive in finding ancillary income and reducing expenses to achieve the highest net operating income. Her strengths include marketing, challenging properties, new acquisitions and team development/training. Jordan has a hands-on management approach, loves building customer-centric teams focused on achieving property goals and mentoring others.  In her spare time, Jordan enjoys kayaking and making memories with her family.
